Workshop 925 based at The Mayford Centre, just outside of Woking and very close to Guildford.
Unit F9 The Mayford Centre,
What does the day involve?
So you’ve tried flush setting round stones but how about square, marquise or other shapes?
During this one-day course we will look at advanced techniques for flush setting round stones using Stephen’s unique methods to achieve a secure and clean setting as well as looking at methods for flush setting shaped stones.
During the class we will be setting into silver castings so you can leave with a ring to either wear or to carry on practising adding stones to.
Each student has their own solid oak jewellery workbench, Foredom pendant motor and tools to work through their settings during the day.
Please do not book if you do not agree with our Coronavirus procedures.
Students should have some stone setting experience and be confident using normal jewellery tools and equipment. If you are unsure, please email us at email@example.com to discuss any queries, we are always here to help.
5. To allow for us to socially distance a can only allow 5 students and one tutor within the workshop at one time.
